Nigerian Entertainer Buries Mom in Style

Entertainer and nightlife boss Obi Iyiegbu aka Obi Cubana has purchased a diamond pendant and neckpiece worth $100,000 in honour of his late mother, Ezinne Uche Iyiegbu.

Obi Cubana, whose mom died  in December 2020, is in Oba, Anambra State for the funeral ceremony with hundreds of friends, associates and well-wishers.

The 46-year-old chairman of Cubana Group revealed he had to replicate his late mother’s face with gemstones, which is why he opted for a pendant and neckpiece made of pure diamonds

The jeweler said the socialite approached him to produce something extraordinary to immortalise his late mum while also affirming the diamond pendant and neckpiece worth.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police,  Abba kyari who was also present at the occasion  took to his facebook page to commemorate with him.

“Obinna Iyiegbu popularly known as Obi Cubana is one of the most hardworking entrepreneur and Humble personality that I have known for many years. He is a brother and Good Friend. 

For his good nature and Good heart, Today I had to Squeeze out time from my busy schedule to Honor him, by Attending the burial of his Beloved Mom In Oba town Anambra State. 

May GOD Almighty Give the Family the Fortitude to bear the Great loss. Ameen.”

Hosts of celebrities were also present at the burial to show their support for the Entertainer.
