Nigerian Government gets commendation on war against Insecurity

The Nigerian government has been commended for it’s efforts in fighting insecurity and working to bring socio-economic stability in the country.

The National President, Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International, FGBMFI, Mr. Ifeanyi Odedo said this during Pre-Convention Media Briefing in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.

Mr. Odedo said that “the fellowship appealed that no stone should be left unturned to ensure that the government bring a permanent solution to the problems of insecurity confronting the nation.”

The fellowship also, convey their sympathies to victims of kidnappings and insurgencies across the country.

Similarly, Mr. Odedo expressed his condolences to people affected by the lavaging flood in the country.

He urged the government at all levels to do everything necessary to migrate hardship that victims are facing and check future occurrences.

According to him, the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International – Nigeria is part of a non-denominational global network of Christian business men and women.

He said that “their membership includes professionals, members of the security agencies and public servants”.

He said that the fellowship is anchored on the mission to call men back to God with the aim of advancing Biblical ethics in the marketplace.

The National President said that “FGBMFI was founded in 1951 and chartered in the year 1952 by an Armenian – American dairy farmer, Demos Shakarian of late memory”.

Mr. Odedo said that this year’s National Convention has been scheduled for November 10th to 12th (Thursday to Saturday) in Abuja at Chida Events Centre with the theme “Thou Art My Battle Axe”.
