The Nigerian government has handed over Sixty-four 100-capacity Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses to Organised Labour and student unions in the country.

This was done at the State House, Abuja, on Sunday in commemoration of the 64th anniversary of Nigeria’s 64th Independence Anniversary ceremony.

This is in addition to the over 400 compressed natural gas conversion kits handed to private sector transporters in four states as part of efforts to lower the cost of fuelling vehicles used for public transportation.
