Nigerian Musician Tiwa Savage Loses Dad

The iconic Nigerian singer, Tiwa savage has lost her dad.

The music star took to her Instagram page on Monday to announce the heart breaking news.

“Early hours of this morning, you made a peaceful transition. You fought till the very end, you really fought daddy, it’s been rough for you these past couple of years but you are resting now,” she wrote.

She hinted that her father has been ill over the past few years.

This is a tough time for the musician as she further expressed her grievances.

“This is tough on me, I’m so numb, so weak, rest in perfect peace my king, love you daddy. Savy T’eko Pappin K”.

Fans and well-wishers of the singer have taken to her comment section to express their condolences.

Celebrities are not left out as the Afro beats meastro Seun Kuti in an attempt to cheer the singer up said,

 “Wishing you all the strength and fortitude you need to bear the loss, welcome to the club my sister”.

Our hearts are with the family and we pray his soul rest in peace.
