Nigerian Pilgrims presently in Saudi Arabia including those from Kwara State are through with the Hajj rites having performed the last leg of the pilgrimage by visits to JAMURAT.
The Munna camp was brought to life on Sunday with the visit of the 2022 Kwara State Amirul Hajj, Dr Awa Akewusola to the camp where he interacted with the pilgrims and even ordered for meals for them.
According to reports, all the pilgrims will today (Monday)be back in Makkah in preparation for their return to their various countries.
On Sunday at the camp, prayers were offered for the Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for a successful tenure and long life, peace in the state and the entire country and for the nation to overcome all her security challenges.
In a telephone interview with VON, the Executive Secretary of the Kwara State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, AbdulGaniyu Ahmed confirmed that all the initial issues the state pilgrims encountered had been resolved with the pilgrims currently in very high spirit and no case of illnesses or casualty.
He prayed to God to grant all the pilgrims safe trip back home.
