Nigerian Wrestler Kolawole Returns Home After Booking Olympics Ticket
Nigerian wrestler Esther Kolawole returned home from Egypt after securing her qualification spot for the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics in France.
Kolawole celebrated her Olympic ticket with her parents, saying “family is everything” after qualifying for the Games. Her parents have been very supportive of her Wrestling career and were delighted to see their daughter fulfilling her dreams of making the Olympics.
The Nigerian star has been growing in leaps and bounds. Last month in Ghana, Kolawole claimed her first African Games title, winning the Gold medal in women’s 62kg wrestling event.
This triumphant return signifies her achievement and is likely a cause for celebration for both Kolawole and the Nigerian wrestling community.
