Nigeria’s Minister of Works. David Umahi has described the late immediate past President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari as a leader with integrity who loved his nation.
Mr. Umahi stated this in a condolence message on the passing of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
He said the former President was a “disciplined politician with a sense of frugality who loved and served his country with unwavering dedication and who left positive footprints in his service to the nation as a Military Head of State and as a democratically elected President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”
The Minister of Works sent his deep condolences to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the family of the late former President and the government and people of Katsina State, and prayed that God grants his family and associates the strength of fortitude to bear the loss.
