Addressing members of staff after the inspection of NIPOST Ibadan, Oyo state capital, Odeyemi said that “the three-point strategic plan is to guide her administration, to achieve the objectives of the organisation.”
She hailed the enthusiasm and resilience of the members of staff and urged them to maintain a high tempo of discipline, commitment, and dedication to duty, so that together, NIPOST would reclaim its lost glory.
Odeyemi said; “In my few weeks in NIPOST as the PMG, I can boldly say that contrary to the belief of outsiders, NIPOST is well endowed with intellectually equipped manpower”.
“If NIPOST staff under the prevailing circumstances could deliver modest results, no doubt if provided with better tools, will be more productive.”
In a clear demonstration of her will to operate an open door policy in the organisation, she released her official email address to members of staff, to freely share their thoughts/ideas with her, to move the organisation to an enviable position.
Responding to questions raised by staff during her interaction with them, Miss Odeyemi assured them that all their concerns would be looked into.
The NIPOST Boss also pledged that, in line with the renewed hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration, she would up do everything humanly possible to solicit the support, cooperation, and collaboration of her contemporaries within and outside the Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy.
“I will ensure that I leave NIPOST better than I met it at the end of my tenure in office,” she said.
