The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has received three esteemed Service Compact with All Nigerians (SERVICOM) awards during its annual Ministry’s Departments and Agency’s’ Awards.
This is in recognition of its exceptional citizen-centered service delivery.
Director General of NITDA, Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi received a personal commendation plaque for his support and commitment to citizen-centered service.
NITDA was also presented with a Special Recognition Award from the SERVICOM Office, for its sustained efforts in connecting government to citizens through quality service delivery.
Furthermore, NITDA was named 2nd Best Performing Public Service Unit (PSU) Team B in the MDAs’ category.
These honors highlight NITDA’s leadership in digital transformation and efficient public service under SERVICOM’s evaluation of timeliness, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
