NITDA, Civil Service Partner to Enhance Public Service Through Technology
The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and the Civil Service of the Federation have partnered to enhance public service delivery through the use of technology.
On Wednesday, a NITDA delegation led by Director General Kashifu Inuwa met with the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi Esther Wilson-Jack, at her office in Abuja, the nation’s capital to discuss ”Strategies for utilising technology to enhance public service delivery”.

The Discussions centred on adopting innovative digital solutions to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and deliver better services to citizens. This collaboration aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda, aiming to create a more agile and responsive civil service.
The partnership will include digital skills training for civil servants to empower them in delivering exceptional services. The Director General also highlighted NITDA’s achievements in automation and proposed scaling these initiatives across the federal civil service.
