Nominations Open for 2024 CEOs Network Africa Awards

CEOs Network Africa, the premier platform for celebrating and empowering business leaders across Africa, has officially opened nominations for the 2024 CEOs Network Africa Gala and Dinner Night. The award is dedicated to honouring exceptional young leaders and innovators.

Chairperson of the awards committee, Ayo Adeagbo (Special Assistant to the President on Art, Culture and Creative Economy), emphasised the significance of the awards as a platform for showcasing the immense talent driving Africa’s economic and social transformation.

“The CEOs Awards have always been about recognizing young talent pushing boundaries and creating impact,” Adeagbo stated.

Now in its sixth year, the awards have become a hallmark of excellence, showcasing diverse talents and achievements across various sectors.

This year’s theme, “Celebrating Art, Culture, and the Creative Economy,” reflects a shared commitment to honouring the creative spirit that fuels Africa’s progress.

Alli-Bob Cinwon, founder of CEOs Network Africa, expressed excitement about the partnership with the Presidency, emphasizing the mutual commitment to spotlighting Africa’s brightest talents.

“Our collaboration with the Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Art, Culture, and the Creative Economy reflects a shared vision for supporting Africa’s innovation, creativity, and economic progress,” Cinwon said.

The 2024 Awards will include multiple categories where the public can nominate and vote, alongside special recognition categories that accept nominations but do not feature public voting.

The event will be held on December 15, 2024, at the State House Banquet Hall, Presidential Villa, Abuja.

In closing, Ayo urged the public to actively participate in the nomination process: “Your nominations are essential! I encourage everyone to take part in this initiative, as recognizing these outstanding leaders is crucial for inspiring future generations.
