Nothing will uproot APGA – Anambra Senatorial Candidate

The All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate for Anambra Central senatorial District, Dozie Nwankwo, has stated that nothing will uproot the party in Anambra state.

Dozie Nwankwo, the lawmaker representing Anaocha/ Dunukofia and Njikoka Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, made the statement at his inauguration and endorsement by the Anambra Central Seat for Dozie Nwankwo (ACSDN) in Awka, Anambra state.

According to him, APGA has come to stay, so he urged every member not to entertain any fear about the party’s existence in the state. “God is with APGA, and we will sweep the whole of Anambra State during the 2023 election,” he said.

He said that the party has candidates from the president to the house and suitable candidates. Nwankwo added he i  the most competent person to represent Anambra Central at the senate because they have bestowed the burden of leadership and trust on him.

“The burden of leadership is enormous and can only be given to somebody who can carry it. I have been crying about it over the years without disappointment. I will not disappoint you. I will be there whenever you need me. I will always stand by you and the party. We did not make a mistake joining APGA; some people have left us for whatever reason, and they must come back,” he added.

While thanking all APGA faithful members in Anambra central for their support over the years, he hinted his campaign would start soon, and it would be house to house, room to room, and person to person.

The Convener of the meeting, Hon Ikechukwu Ndigwe, advised members to go to the battlefield to ensure that the party wins all seats in the state. According to him, the party has candidates in all the positions, and members must work towards delivering all party’s candidates. “APGA will support Dozie Nwankwo with an all members’ votes, their leg work and all things to ensure victory for him,” he stated.
