Nottingham Forest Stuns Manchester United At Old Trafford

Nottingham Forest beat Manchester United 3-2 in a stunning upset during their Premier League encounter at Old Trafford, handling new manager Ruben Amorim another loss.

Defender Nikola Milenkovic headed Nottingham Forest into the lead inside two minutes, but United responded through Rasmus Hojlund to equalise.

However, Manchester United gifted the lead back to Nottingham Forest early in the second half following a bizarre piece of goalkeeping by Andre Onana.  Midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White’s swerving shot completely wrong-footed him, finding its way into the net.

Striker Chris Wood then doubled Forest’s advantage moments later to silence the fans at Old Trafford. 3-1!!!

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes then pulled one back with a neat finish as the hosts looked for a way back into the game.

However, they could not put another goal past a resilient Nottingham Forest team that hung on for their first win at Old Trafford in 30 years.

Nottingham Forest are up to fifth on the Premier League table, while Manchester United are in 13th place.
