Rangers International reclaimed top spot on the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) table,  despite a 0-0 home draw against Barau FC while Rivers United lost 2-0 to Warri Wolves on an exciting Match Day 33.

The home side entered the match looking to bounce back from a disappointing 3-1 defeat to Shooting Stars in their previous outing. However, Barau FC proved to be a tough nut to crack.

Rangers dominated possession for long periods.  Despite several close calls and a late surge of pressure, the Barau FC defense remained disciplined and secured a vital point away from home.
