Oyo State Government Launches Online Property Search Platform
The Oyo State Government has announced the launch of the Online Property Title Search Platform by Governor Seyi Makinde.
A statement by the Commissioner for Lands, Housing, and Urban Development, Williams Akin-Funmilayo, explained that the cutting-edge platform represents a major turning point in the governor’s digital transformation plan, which aims to make doing business in Oyo State easier.
According to the Commissioner, the Online Property Title Search Platform is intended to give the general public a quick and easy way to search property titles from the comfort of their homes.
By reducing the need for in-person trips to the Ministry of Lands, Housing, and Urban Development, it is expected that the platform will increase productivity and save time.
Members of the public can access the platform by visiting: lands.oyostate.gov.ng
“We invite all stakeholders, including property owners, developers, legal practitioners, and the general public, to take advantage of this innovative platform,” the Commissioner implored.
The General Manager of Private Networks Nigeria Limited, Ladigbolu Ayodeji, disclosed that the platform will enable authorised individuals and organisations easy access to property information and transactional details from anywhere around the globe.
