PDP Candidate in Ondo Urges INEC to Tackle Vote Buying

The People’s Democratic Party(PDP) candidate at the Ondo State governorship election Agboola Ajayi has urged the independence National Electoral Commission (INEC) to tackle vote buying in Ondo governorship election.

He said this at Ese Odo local government area of Ondo state while casting his vote.

He complained that it took him almost ten minutes for the BVAS to accredit him. He therefore, urged the INEC to fix failures of BVAS in conducting elections.

Mr Ajayi also pointed out that the election was militarised as security personnel who were positioned very closed to where he was to cast his votes.

He commended the voters for coming out to vote their preferred candidates in the election.
