PDP Flags Off Governorship Campaign in Ebonyi State

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) gas flagged off its Ggovernorship campaign in Ebonyi state, South-east Nigeria.
The campaign took place in Ameka in Ezza-South local government area of the state.
The former governor of the state, who is also the current serving senator representing Ebonyi-North senatorial district, Dr. Sam Egwu, expressed happiness at the turnout for the campaign.
Egwu thanked the people of Ezza South for their support so far and called on them for continuous support.
The governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Ifeanyi-Chukwuma Odii, promised to invest in human capital development.

“Our government will bring total transformation of the entire Ebonyi state.
“Our government will industrialize the state so that after our youths might have graduated from schools, they would have work to do,” Odii promised.
He also pledged to run an open-door government where all and sundry will contribute towards the development of the state.
The director-general, Anyigemeya Campaign Organization, Chief Austin Igwe Edezie, during the campaign solicited the people of Ezza South particularly to vote for the PDP all through.

Similarly, the PDP acting state chairman, Barrister Ifeanyi Nworie, also called on Ebonyi citizens to support the PDP in winning all elective positions in the state in the forthcoming general election.
