PDP Presidential Candidate arrives in United States
The Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, 2023, has arrived in the United States of America ahead of the 2023 general election.
The former vice president made the trip alongside the Director-General of the PDP Presidential Campaign, Governor Aminu Tambuwal, the ex-Imo Governor Emeka Ihedioha, and business mogul Raymond Dokpesi. They are key members of the campaign team.
The ex-Senate President Bukola Saraki, House of Representatives Minority leader Ndudi Elumelu, ex-lawmaker Dino Melaye, and Atiku’s Special Assistant Phrank Shuaibu, among others, were present to receive him and others on their arrival.
Atiku, who, through his Twitter Handle @atiku, stated his joy at being in the U.S, added that the aim was to engage and build a more secure Nigeria.

The Presidential Candidate’s visit will include a meeting with Nigerians in the diaspora, with PDP members in North America, and confer with top Nigerian business leaders in the U.S. and the nation’s young professionals in the diaspora.
Atiku is to be back in Nigeria on Monday, October 31, then his next rally will hold on Tuesday, November 1, in Ekiti; the campaign train will move to Ondo on Wednesday, November 2.
