Plateau Health Agency Trains Staff On Enterprise Resource Development

The Plateau State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (PLASCHEMA) says the training of its staff on enterprise resource development and strategic communication is to add value to the agency and achieve its mandate of the agency.

The Director-General of the agency, Dr Fabong Jemchang, said this in Jos at a training organised for staff of the newly created department of Enterprise Resource Development of the agency.

Jemcheng said that the essence of the training was to intimate the staff of the department of the mandate, goals, and objectives of the department.

He described the department as the ‘brain and think tank’ of the agency saddled with the responsibility of policy innovation, carrying out research, planning, and training of staff to improve their capacity.

He tasked the staff of the newly created department to pay rapt attention during the training as a lot is expected from the department to grow the agency.

One of the trainees Mr Nathaniel Dashe, said ”that the training was apt as he now has a better understanding of the mandate of the department which is new in the agency”.

Mrs Dashuwar Shapret, a trainee, thanked the agency for training staff of the department as it has enabled her to get acquainted with the goals, objectives, and expectations of the department.
