The AIG stated this at Enugu State Police Command’s Headquarters, GRA, Enugu, where he addressed and interacted with Officers of the command while on a working visit to the state.

While addressing Officers of the Command, the AIG thanked and commended their efforts in fighting crimes in the State, charging them not to rest on their oars. He stated that he was at the State Command Headquarters to encourage and task the officers to remain professional and do more than they have been doing to maintain maximum public security and safety in the State.

He assured him of the unwavering commitment of the Command’s Officers and Men to remain steadfast and diligent in the performance of their duties.

In a statement released and signed by SP Josephine Ihunwo, the Zonal Police Public Relations Officer of Zone 13, Ukpo-Dunukofia, Anambra State, AIG Aghaulor earlier visited the  Enugu State Executive Governor Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mba.

Governor Mba, while warmly welcoming the AIG, maintained that security remains a top priority of his administration, stating that “the moderate policing efforts of the Police in the State have been yielding positive results.”  He, therefore, expressed his profound gratitude to the Police for their commitment to work tirelessly towards securing Enugu State, urging them to maintain the tempo as it is not yet Uhuru.

Speaking during his visit to the Governor, AIG Aghaulor thanked him for his continued support of the State Police Command, noting that the support has made the policing successes recorded by the Command possible. He assured the Governor of his unwavering commitment to diligently supervise and guide the State Police Command towards becoming more effective and achieving more policing successes.
