Premier League Clubs Eye Milan’s Chukwueze Transfer

Four Premier League clubs—Fulham, Aston Villa, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and West Ham United—are reportedly interested in signing Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze from AC Milan in January. Chukwueze, who joined Milan on a five-year deal in July 2023, has struggled for consistent playing time under manager Paulo Fonseca. Aston Villa is seen as a likely destination due to manager Unai Emery’s past experience working with Chukwueze at Villarreal, where they achieved success together.

Although Chukwueze has shown his skill with recent contributions, including a winning goal against Udinese and an assist in Milan’s Champions League victory over Club Brugge, his impact has been inconsistent. Milan may allow him to leave if they can secure Manchester United’s winger Antony during the winter transfer window. Chukwueze’s form in the coming weeks could play a key role in determining his future at the San Siro.
