President Buhari presents budget of N20.15trn for 2023

President Muhammadu Buhari has presented a budget of N20.15trn for the year 2023.

Buhari who made the presentation at the national Assembly complex in Abuja, said it would be his last budget presentation as president.

A breakdown of the budget shows that
recurrent expenditure is pegged at N8.21 trn while capital expenditure is N5.15trn.

Furthermore, debt servicing is N6.31trn and oil benchmark is pegged at 70 dollars per barrel.
