President Buhari Returns To Abuja From UAE

President Muhammadu Buhari is back to Abuja after spending the last two days in the United Arab Emirates on official visit.

The Nigerian leader touched down at the presidential wing of Nnamdi Azikiwe International airport, Abuja at about 17:02 GMT.

He was received by his Chief of Staff, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, other top government officials and heads of security agencies.

President Buhari To Meet New UAE Leader

While in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, President Buhari paid condolence visit to the new leader of the country, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, over the demise of his predecessor, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan who passed on recently.

The two leaders also deliberated on how to strengthen ties between Nigerian and the UAE.

They also took decisions on how to counter terrorism in order to enhance security and safety of lives in the two countries.
