President Bola Tinubu is in a meeting with former Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido.
The 14th Emir of Kano arrived at the Presidential Villa Thursday afternoon at 15:45 GMT.
He was received on arrival by protocol officials and immediately ushered into the office of the Nigerian Leader.
The President and his guest then went into a closed door meeting after exchanging pleasantries.
Lamido was elected the 14th Emir of Kano in 2014 but dethroned in 2020 by the Kano State government during the administration of former Governor Abdullahi Ganduje.
