President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, has announced the postponement of the Federal Executive Council meeting. A new date will be communicated in due course.

The Council meeting, initially scheduled to hold on Wednesday, was postponed in honour of Lt. General Taoreed Lagbaja, the Chief of Army Staff, who passed away on Tuesday night.
