President Tinubu Re-Appoints Agriculture Quarantine DG

Nigeria’s President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the re-appointment of the Director-General of the Nigeria Agriculture Quarantine Service NAQS, Dr. Vincent Isegbe.

A statement signed by the President’s Spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale stated that Dr Isegbe is to serve as the Director General of NAQS for another five-year term in office.

Ngelale stated that the President expects that the Director-General will build on the service’s recent performance after it ranked in the top three agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria in the efficiency and transparency index by the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC).
