Nigeria’s President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has emphasised his administration’s commitment to tackling the prevailing challenge of inflation while concurrently spearheading a comprehensive overhaul of the nation’s economy to enhance its revenue streams.

President Tinubu reiterated these goals during a gathering where he hosted members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council for a Ramadan IFTAR (breaking of fast) at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

The President, who said that Nigeria is recovering her sovereignty and respect around the world, implored citizens to support the government in rebuilding the nation.

“Yes we know that we have the challenge of inflation, yes it is okay we will bring it down, we are re-engineering, our revenue is getting better and we are taking our sovereignty and respect back around the world.

“Not that we have to go there and hire them to do the job for us we are doing it ourselves, whatever is happening to us we have to solve it by ourselves,” he said.

The Nigerian Leader emphasised that the country’s repositioning relies on the citizen’s commitment, creative thinking, resourcefulness, investments, devotion, and diligence.

“It is your effort, your thinking, your resourcefulness, your investment, your dedication and hard work that can get us there,” the President added.
