The director-general of Tinubu Support Group (TSO), Honourable Aminu Suleiman, has mobilized eligible voters across Nigeria’s northern region for the actualization of the Tinubu/Shettima presidential bid.
Honourable Suleiman, a grassroot politician, says his support for the duo of Tinubu and Shettima is purely in the interest of Nigerians and beyond religious and ethnic sentiments.
According to him, his belief in Tinubu’s capacity to drive the nation to greater heights has necessitated his support for the party’s success.
It is against this background that Isa Ahmed, the leader of the Arewa Solidarity Group, another northern group, called on the APC presidential candidate and his running mate to recognize Suleiman’s efforts in ensuring success for the party at the polls.
“Hon. Suleiman is pan-Nigerian. He has demonstrated his unalloyed support for Tinubu wholeheartedly.
“He is a man with a decent political background who believes in Tinubu’s capacity to pilot the nation’s affairs right.
“Hon. Suleiman is a man with ideas, and has contributed immensely in mobilizing support for APC and its presidential candidate across the 19 northern states under his TSO platform, using his personal resources.
“Hence the need for us to call on the presidential candidate of the APC and his running mate to recognize the efforts of Hon. Aminu Suleiman,” said Isa Ahmed while addressing newsmen at his residence in Kaduna.
Isa Ahmed equally assured Tinubu, Shettima and the APC of the group’s support in ensuring that the party emerges victorious in the elections.
