The Progressive Governors’ Forum have felicitated with Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State as he celebrates his 61st birthday.
A message by the forum said the governors joined the people of Gombe State, and other well-meaning Nigerians, to celebrate the special occasion with him and his family.
The Progressives Governors acknowledged and commended Governor Yahaya’s leadership, vision and commitment to a united prosperous Nigeria, under the leadership of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
“We acknowledge your contributions to our team of Progressive Governors through your insightful and resolute inputs to the processes of managing governance in Gombe State as well as at the national level,” said the Progressives Governors’ Forum.
They acknowledged Governor Yahaya as a true progressive and innovative leader, because of all the development initiatives being implemented by his APC-led government in Gombe State.
“As we rejoice with, HE Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, we also reaffirm our collective commitment to implement programmes that would strengthen the capacities of our progressive states to create jobs, reduce inequality and diminish poverty in Nigeria,” said the Progressives Governors’ Forum.
