The Pure Heart Islamic Foundation, PHF is set to host its annual 5-Day Pure Heart Modeling Camp (PMC) this December 2024, simultaneously taking place in Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo States.
This event reflects the Foundation’s commitment to nurturing Islamic values, promoting peaceful coexistence, and equipping youth with essential skills to tackle contemporary challenges.
With the theme, ‘Sound Creed’: The Bedrock of Justice,’ this year’s camp aims to provide over 2,500 participants from secondary schools and tertiary institutions with a solid foundation in Islamic faith and principles, essential life skills, and a deeper understanding of global issues.
The camp will also address pressing concerns, including the ongoing challenges in Palestine and the Middle East.
In a Press statement signed by the National Coordinator, Mr. Ibrahim Balogun, the organisation expressed confidence in the impact of the year’s camp, highlighting the Foundation’s dedication to empowering young minds.
The camps will be held in historic locations, including Badagry in Lagos State, Ijebu Ode and Ota in Ogun State, and Iseyin in Oyo State.
State Coordinators, Dr. Shakirullah Taiwo (Lagos), Mr. Ismail Olabode (Ogun), and Engr. Abdurraheem Owodunni (Oyo), have confirmed that preparations are underway, with venue arrangements, logistics, and registration progressing smoothly.
The PHF is commited to fostering a community of Muslims who excel academically, religiously, and morally as evident in their programs which include the Pure Heart Modeling Camp which is to commence in the next few days.
By providing a platform for youth to develop essential skills, build relationships, and deepen their understanding of Islamic values, the PHF is shaping the next generation of leaders.
Registration for the 5-Day Pure Heart Modeling Camp remains open, and youth across the Southwest are encouraged to seize the opportunity to be part of a transformative and enriching experience.
