The Deputy Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on National Planning and Economic Development/Member Representing Abak, Etim Ekpo & Ika Federal Constituency, Hon. Clement Jimbo has congratulated the first Akwa Ibom person decorated as Deputy Comptroller General of Immigration, DCG. Inyang Essien Anietum.
He gave the kudos at the National Headquarters of the Nigeria Immigration Service, in Abuja.
Rep. Jimbo who heartily fecilitated with DCG. Anietum on her meritorious elevation, prayed God to endow her with wisdom to pilot the affairs of her new office.
“On behalf of myself and the very good people of Abak/Etim Ekpo/Ika Federal Constituency, I wish to express my profound joy in your elevation to the rank of Deputy Comptroller General of Immigration. Note worthy is being the first Akwa Ibom person to rise to this enviable height in this service,” Hon Jimbo said.
He also prayed that as she is coronated with the new rank, that the good Lord that exalted her to the position will sustain her and grant her exceptional wisdom and dexterity in her service to Nigeria
DCG Inyang Essien Anietum, pcc, is the first ever Akwa Ibomite to attain the rank of Deputy Comptroller General of Immigration in Nigeria.
