Nigeria needs a higher number of well-trained and effectively equipped Special Forces to take out those threatening the peace of the country.
The Chief Executive Officer of Raar Security Limited, Mr. Reuben Naniwono stated this during an interview with Voice of Nigeria in Abuja.
Mr. Naniwono who is a retired British Army veteran pointed out that the security situation in the country has gone pass the place of trading blames and pointing fingers and it is at the point where every citizen needs to take responsibility by assisting the security agents in any capacity,
He said the complexity of the security situation in the country makes it necessary for Special Forces handling who should be equipped with not just sophisticated weapons but knowledge of the modus operandi of the criminal elements, how they think and what really drives them.
The Young CEO who is from the Northern Part of country said when the security situation started in the country, it was undermined by the government leading to the point where the country is now.
Experience in British Army
He talked about his experience as a Nigerian and a black man in the British army, Ruben admitted that it had its many challenges which he was able to overcome and retire at a good age to come back home and set up a business.
He added that he has always been a business oriented individual and wants to contribute to the economic growth of the nation.
A Businessman
When Voice of Nigeria asked him to talk about his business and what it entails, the passion in his voice was undeniable.

He further said the security outfit has some of the best security technologies to ensure professionalism and offer a complete range of planning, system analysis security analysis and designs with a client base at National and International level including government agencies and private sectors etc.
According to him, the company offers specialized security services, Security Training and consultancy services, Guarding and V.I.P security services, Lie detector and background checks, Body armors such as bullet proof vest (body armor-protection level 6) and helmets (MK8), gas mask amongst others.
The retired veteran also talked about one of his passion projects driven by the desire to aid humanitarian services, a concept he called mobile hospitals.
He said the idea behind mobile hospitals is to help in bringing emergency and close to comprehensive health care needs through use of vans that are fully furnished with hospital equipment and surgery rooms for on the spot surgeries. This he said will minimize casualties’ death during evacuation process and transportation to hospitals that may not be nearby.
He is also looking into drones delivery services in Nigeria which will help in avoiding traffic situations,
