Security: Ogun Governor commends Troops

The Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun has applauded the men of 35 Artillery Brigade (AB), Nigerian Army for their efforts in tackling security challenges in the state.

He gave the commendation when the Brigade marked its annual West African Social Activities (WASA) 2023 at the Alamala Barracks in the state.

Governor Abiodun who was represented by the Deputy Governor, Noimot Oyedele pledge to continue to work with the Army and to continuous supporting them in their operations
A statement by the Acting Assistant Director Army Public Relations Headquarters 35 Artillery Brigade, Lieutenant Mohammed Goni the Governor urged the troops to double their efforts even in the face of myriads of security challenges facing the nation.

The Commander 35 Artillery Brigade, Brigadier General MT Aminu in a remark commended all the officers and soldiers of the Brigade for the successes recorded last year urging them to do more in 2024.

He said “We must  continue to strengthen our operations and be proactive as well as prioritizing the welfare of our personnel,”.
General Aminu called on the residence of the state to continue to share credible information that would aid the Brigade’s operations and assured them of adequate security.
