Former Nigerian striker and former Head Coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, Samson Siasia has commissioned the School of The Hard knocks newly constructed Astro Football Pitch in Abuja, Nigeria’s Capital.
In an exhilarating event, Siasia commended the CEO of the School of the Hard knocks, Dr. Jerry Akubo for creating an avenue that takes the youths off the streets and makes them more productive.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Executive Officer, SOHK Nigeria, Dr. Jerry Akubo, highlighted the milestones of the organisation, and reiterated his unwavering commitment to curbing crime and other social vices through Sporting Initiatives.
“This milestone symbolises a culmination of hard work, dedication, and team spirit towards the actualization of Hardnocks Vision to Curb crime through Sporting Initiatives.”
Siasia expressed his joy, noting that the sports edifice was a game-changer.

The Mini Sport Complex offers a range of world-class facilities, including football fields, a track and field area, tennis courts, and a fully equipped gym. The complex is designed to cater to the diverse sporting interests of the community, providing a platform for athletes to hone their skills and pursue their dreams.
During the event The School Of Hardnocks Team Jerseys were officially unveiled to guests; they were worn by the Hardnocks Team for the Ceremonial Match.
The ceremony was graced by dignitaries, Chief Peter Ashetu of Nina Tennis Club, CEO Daddy’s House Foundation, Nigeria Police Force , community leaders, and various Stakeholders who came to witness the realization of the monumental project.
