The Super Eagles of Nigeria will enter the final phase of their preparations for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) on Thursday, as players and officials depart from Cairo, Egypt, to Fès, Morocco.
The pre-tournament camp in Egypt featured intensive training sessions and a high-profile friendly against the seven-time African champions.

Upon arrival in Morocco, the Super Eagles are expected to hold their first training session in Fès later in the evening, tentatively set for 6 pm local time, as attention turns fully to the tournament itself.

Nigeria will be based in Fès for the group stage of the competition, where they have been drawn in Group C alongside Tanzania, Tunisia, and Uganda. All three group matches will take place at the Complexe Sportif de Fès.
The Super Eagles will begin their campaign against Tanzania on Tuesday, 23 December, followed by matches against Tunisia on 27 December and Uganda on 30 December.
