The Super Eagles of Nigeria are shifting their focus to a what promises to be a thrilling encounter against Jordan in Turkey, as head coach Eric Chelle looks to solidify his tactical framework.

The International friendly is scheduled to hold on at 2pm (WAT) on Tuesday, at the Corendon Airlines Park in Antalya.

The Super Eagles held a recovery session after defeating Iran 2-1 in their first match.   The final training session held on Monday, saw the coaching crew fine-tune strategies ahead of Tuesday’s encounter.

Goalkeeper Maduka Okoye will miss Nigeria’s friendly against Jordan after suffering a thigh injury during training in Antalya.

Okoye’s injury brings to two the number of players ruled out of the Super Eagles squad. Fulham defender Calvin Bassey had earlier withdrawn due to a back injury and was replaced by Trabzonspor’s Chibuike Nwaiwu.
