‘The Real Housewives of Lagos’ Season 2 breaks streaming record on Showmax
The second season of ‘The Real Housewives of Lagos’ (RHOLagos) has broken streaming records on Showmax in Nigeria as the most-watched Original on its first day of release
The season’s record-breaking premiere debuted exclusively on Showmax on Friday, 29 September 2023.
The Executive Head of Content and West Africa Channels at MultiChoice, Dr. Busola Tejumola, expressed satisfaction with the overwhelmingly positive response to the official announcement of the second season.
“Since the official announcement of the second season, the reception has been very positive, and we are delighted the fans are watching and enjoying the show. We can’t wait for the fans to see the rest of the season.” Tejumola said.
She added that MultiChoice has localized and enhanced the highly successful franchise to make it more appealing and relatable to its audience.
