Theatre Commander Urges Troops to Prioritise Information Security

The Theatre Commander of Joint Task Force North West Operation Fansan Yamma, Major General Oluyinka Soyele, has called on troops to adhere strictly to information security and avoid communicating with the enemy under any circumstances.

The Commander handed down the instructions during a Christmas lunch organised for the troops in Gusau, Zamfara State, as contained in a statement by the Coordinator, Joint Media Coordination Centre, Operation Fansan Yamma, Lieutenant Colonel Abubakar Abdullahi.

According to the statement, Major General Soyele praised the troops for their recent achievements, highlighting their operational successes in the theatre.

He acknowledged the resilience and dedication they have shown amidst challenging conditions and recognized their essential role in restoring stability and peace to the theatre.

Reflecting on the past year’s operations, the Theatre Commander encouraged the troops to renew their vigour and commitment as they move into the new year.
