The UN Secretary General Antonio Gutierrez arrived Maiduguri the Borno State capital at around 3:00 pm who was received by the State governor Professor Babagana Umara Zulum and some top dignitaries at Maiduguri International Airport.
The UN Secretary is on a one-day humanitarian assessment in the state and other assessments.
