The Deputy Director of Digital Media at Voice of Nigeria (VON), Dr. Qasim Akinreti, has emphasised the importance of responsible and responsive unionism as a cornerstone for achieving organisational goals.

“At a time when effective collaboration is essential, staff must embrace responsible unionism to strengthen the organisation,” Dr. Akinreti said, highlighting the critical role of administration in ensuring smooth operations. He also advised staff to document their entitlements to avoid difficulties accessing their benefits.
