VON Invites Companies To Tender For Projects

Voice of Nigeria (VON) is inviting reputable Companies with relevant experience to tender for projects at its various locations.

The companies are to provide eligible requirements which include a certificate of Incorporation, Income Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three years, Pension Clearance Certificates, Industrial Training Fund Compliance Certificates, Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund Clearance Certificates, and registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers. The requirements are valid until 31st December 2023.

Interested companies must collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Procurement Department VON Corporate HQ, Abuja, with a non-refundable tender fee of ₦10,000 per Lot, and present evidence at the Cash office for official receipt.

Prospective bidders must submit two hard copies of their technical and financial bids, along with a soft copy of the financial bid in MS Excel format, in sealed envelopes marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid” and addressed to DG VON Corporate HQ in Abuja by November 13, 2023.

Technical bids will be opened after the submission deadline on November 13th, 2023, at Voice of Nigeria’s Corporate Headquarters in Abuja. Financial bids will remain unopened.

Furthermore, Bids must be in English and signed by an authorized official. Late submissions will be returned unopened. Pre-qualified bidders will be invited for financial bids opening. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of CSOs and professional bodies, covered by video recording and virtual conferencing. Bid documents can be collected in soft copies and submitted through the Post. All costs will be borne by bidders.
