Nigeria’s Vice President, Kashim Shettima, has arrived in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for his official visit to the country.
He touched down at Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai, in the early hours of Saturday.
He was received upon arrival by UAE Ambassador to Nigeria, Salem Saeed Al Shamsi; the Director of African Affairs Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE, Ambassador Salem Al Jabri and Ambassador Beatrice Ikeku Thomas, Chargé d’Affaires of the Nigerian Embassy in the UAE.
The Vice President is in Dubai on behalf of President Bola Tinubu, to inaugurate the Oriental Energy’s state-of-the-art $315 million Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel.

In the entourage of the Vice President are the Governors of Borno State, Professor Babagana Zulum and that of Nasarawa State, Abdullahi Sule, as well as his Special Adviser on General Duties, Dr. Aliyu Moddibo.
