Yuletide: Niger State Governor preaches humility, forgiveness

Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago of Niger State north central Nigeria encourages Christians to embrace forgiveness, humility, and genuine love during the festive season.

In his message, the Governor who stressed the importance of these values to positive societal change extended warm wishes to Christians in the State and across the globe

He emphasized the significance of the Yuletide season for introspection and fostering positive transformations in society as he urged residents to pray for peace in the State and Nigeria,

Bago underscored the need for vigilance and cooperation with security agencies to ensure a secure environment.

He therefore called on the community to uphold faith in his “New Niger” policy, assuring deliberate efforts toward its realization.

As the year comes to a close, the Governor advises people to step into the New Year with optimism and vigor, trusting in God for a prosperous 2024.

He reassured residents of his commitment to implementing programs and policies aimed at improving the well-being of the citizens, reflecting his dedication to their welfare.
