Olatunji-Agunbiade, also a Consultant Radiation and Clinical Oncologist, at the Lagos State Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), gave the advice in an interview with the Newsmen on Wednesday in Ota, Ogun State.
The oncologist said the advice became necessary to caution people who may want to indulge in careless behaviours, especially during the festive season.
She enjoined the public to celebrate moderately, and watch what they eat and drink in order to stay safe and healthy beyond the season.
She also recommended increased consumption of fruits, vegetables and water to boost immunity and stay healthy.
