Chioma Nwoke, Executive Director and Group Head, Human Resources at Zinox, disclosed this during a media parley held on Saturday in Lagos.

She characterised the collaboration as strategic and transformative for Africa’s technology ecosystem.

“We are happy to be partnering with TD Africa in the distribution of our goods across Nigeria and other African markets,” she said.

She explained that the collaboration combines Zinox’s manufacturing strength with TD Africa’s extensive distribution network across multiple countries and technology categories.

According to her, the partnership will ensure that African-made technology products move efficiently from factories to enterprises, government institutions, and end-users.

She disclosed that the arrangement would boost market access, increase confidence in local brands and support large-scale deployment of technology solutions.

She further stated that the collaboration would stimulate growth in enterprise computing, digital learning devices, power solutions and secure infrastructure systems.

Nwoke emphasised that local manufacturing remains at the core of Zinox’s vision to create employment, develop skills and retain economic value within Africa.

According to her, the company will continue to invest in innovation and product quality to meet global standards while addressing the continent’s unique needs.

Also speaking, Chioma Chimere, Coordinating Managing Director of TD Africa, described the agreement as a long-awaited milestone for the distribution firm.

“Today is a day of celebration for us at TD Africa because we are proud to partner with an indigenous African manufacturer like Zinox,” she said.

Chimere explained that TD Africa’s mission was to make technology accessible and affordable across the continent through a strong channel network.

She noted that partnering with a local manufacturer would address challenges often faced with foreign vendors who do not fully understand African market realities.

She added that Zinox products were designed to withstand local power conditions and environmental factors common in many African countries.

According to her, TD Africa would ensure nationwide availability of Zinox products through its representatives and partner network across states.

Both companies expressed confidence that the partnership would strengthen Africa’s digital economy and deepen technology access across the continent.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Zinox is an ICT solutions provider in Africa, specialising in computer production, renewable energy, home appliances and devices.

TD Africa is a distributor of cutting-edge technology solutions in Africa.
