Agency Promises Seamless Disbursement of Cabotage Vessels Fund

The Management of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA has promised a seamless disbursement of the Cabotage Vessel Financing Funds, CVFF.

The Agency has continued with constant stakeholders’ consultation and engagement to ensure effective communication and attain smooth disbursement of the Funds as approved by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Director General of NIMASA, Dr. Bashir Jamoh said the Management has had a fruitful meeting with the Nigerian Indigenous Shipowners Association CVFF steering committee led by its Chairman Dr. Edward Sohwo.

Dr.Jamoh reassured Indigenous Shipowners of the agency’s commitment under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Transportation, to implement the Presidential approval for the disbursement of the funds.
