Anambra State APGA Chairman Advocates Grassroots Based Structure

The Anambra State Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Ifeatu Obi- Okoye has advocated community-based sub-structure and foundation for the new APGA Solution Movement in the State.

Obi-Okoye, who was addressing APGA members from Nawfia wards in Njikoka Local Government Area of the state,during their joint monthly interface of Wards 1&2, said, “APGA as a party of the Progressives is strategically democratizing development in Anambra State and needs to be strengthened and sustained.”

He expressed satisfaction with the outcome of the meeting, which he said, “re-created the special sense and spirit of conviviality and camaraderie which the leadership of the party wishes to bring back amongst party members.”

Obi-Okoye emphasised that the meeting also provided them the opportunity to speak about the new operational plans of taking the party structure down to the family units.

According to Obi-Okoye, “the community-based structure will drive the effective mobilization of the state for the re-election of Governor Chukwuma Soludo, come 2025.

“I also wish to further appreciate the stakeholders in Nawfia, including the Hon. Commissioner for Budget & Economic Planning, Mrs Chiamaka Nnake for their uncommon unity and sense of collaboration in making APGA great party in Nawfia,” he stated.

He further commended the Deputy Chief Of Staff/Chief Of Protocol to the Governor, Chief Chinedu Nwoye (Glamour) for being able to organise and bring the two Wards in Nawfia Community into a joint operational synergy, that has made the party stronger and more united in Nawfia.

APGA Vice Chairman Anambra Central Senatorial zone, Chinedu Nduka Okoye, the State Woman leader, Madam Chinyere Esther Onyekesi, the Party’s State Youth leader, Dr Tochukwu 0biadi, and the Chairman Njikoka LGA, Honourable Chinedu Anaekwe,were among those who graced the occasion.
