Barcelona Signs Côte d’Ivoire International Frank Kessie
Barcelona have confirmed the signing of Côte d’Ivoire international midfielder Franck Kessie on a free transfer, following the end of his spell with Italian club AC Milan.
The midfielder has agreed a four-year deal with Barcelona on Monday following months of speculation.

Kessie spent five seasons at the San Siro, the first two of those on loan,. the international helped AC Milan to their first Italian Serie A title (Scudetto) in 11 years in his final campaign with the club.
The midfielder has 58 international appearances with his national team, and played at the Tokyo Olympics as Côte d’Ivoire reached the quarterfinals
Manchester City signs Kalvin Phillips
England midfielder Kalvin Phillips completed a move to Premier League champions Manchester City in a £45 million ($53 million) transfer from Leeds United on Monday.
Phillips, who came through the youth ranks at Leeds, moves to the Etihad Stadium after making 235 appearances for his hometown club over the past eight seasons.

“I am absolutely delighted to have joined Manchester City,” Phillips, who came through the youth ranks at Leeds said.
“City have again proved to be the best team in the country with an amazing squad and a manager in Pep Guardiola who is rightly considered to be the finest in the world.”
Guardiola has picked Phillips to bolster his midfield after the departure of long-serving Brazilian Fernandinho at the end of last season.
Phillips is City’s third summer arrival after the signings of Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland, and Arminia Bielefeld goalkeeper Stefan Ortega.
