President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has visited victims of last Friday’s attack in Yelewata community in the Guma Local Government Area of Benue State.
On arrival in Benue State at 12:58 pm on Wednesday via the Tactical Air Command, Nigerian Air Force Base in Makurdi, the President immediately proceeded to the hospital.
The President departed the hospital and proceeded to the new Banquet Hall at the Benue State Government House, where he is presently holding discussions with key stakeholders in the state regarding the recent violent attacks that have resulted in fatalities.
President Tinubu is also expected to meet with families of victims, displaced and injured persons, and community leaders directly impacted by the violence.
