On the 18th of September 2021, 336 new confirmed cases and 5 deaths were recorded in Nigeria.
This was reported on the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) website.
Till date, 201630 cases have been confirmed, 190288 cases have been discharged and 2654 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
The 336 new cases are reported from 17 states- Lagos (86), Benue (48), Rivers (46),Bauchi (41), Edo (25), FCT (19), Akwa Ibom (13), Ondo (12), Anambra (11), Ekiti (8), Kwara (7), Plateau (7), Bayelsa (4), Kaduna (4), Delta (2), Ogun (2) and Kano (1).
